24 How to Replace Bad Habits With Good Habits

from Millennial Life School · host Sharon Kilon Han

Use the science of neuro-associative conditioning (NAC) to replace your bad habits with good habits! This episode is based Ch. 6 of Tony Robbins' book, Awaken The Giant Within, "How To Change Anything In Your Life: The Science of Neuro-Associative Conditioning."  6 Steps of NAC: 1. Decide what you really want and what’s preventing you from having it now. 2. Get leverage: associate massive pain to not changing now and massive pleasure to the experience of changing now. 3. Interrupt the limiting pattern. 4. Create a new, empowering alternative. 5. Condition the new pattern until it’s consistent. 6. Test it and see if it works. This technique is something I walk my coaching clients through when they want to stop their bad habits and start forming healthier ones. I want to encourage you to take some time to go through these 6 steps yourself to "train your brain" for transformation!  Ep 24 How to Replace Bad Habits With Good Habits  ------- If you enjoyed this episode, please share it with your friends on social media and tag me at https://www.instagram.com/sharonkilonhan/ Want to work with me 1:1? Book a FREE consultation call at http://sharonkilonhan.com
