South African Cameron van der Burgh won gold in the Men's 100 Breaststroke at the 2012 Olympics and silver four years later in Rio. He helped move breaststroke forward with a high tempo and focus on the shorter events. Over his career he won 10 LCM World Champs medals and 8 SCM World Champ medals in the 50 & 100 Breaststrokes.  Now a commodities trader in London, Cameron still gets in the water 3-4 times a week. Don't be surprised if you see him in a Masters meet soon enough.
