Today we have with us Pastor Gavin Roberts of Utah and his passion is hunting upland birds of the west. For those of us who live in the east, that includes birds such as pheasants, spruce grouse, ruffed grouse, valley quail, gambrels quail, California quail and chucker. THis variety of game birds allows Gavin to travel all through the west chasing different birds in a variety of terrain with his German Shorthair dogs.
