In Episode 25, Grace and Sofia interview Aaron Jannetti from Knife Control Concepts. Aaron is an instructor in Columbus, Ohio where he instructs strength and conditioning, BJJ, Krav Maga/Hybrid Defense, Heavy bag classes, and Kickboxing. Aaron began his journey by teaching Krav Maga and then found a passion for grounded defense, firearms training, and edged-weapons training. Much of Aaron's work has been influenced by Craig Douglas with Shivworks.
