#25 – I Am Garbage Bitch (Boundaries, People Pleasing, and Energy Sovereignty)

Today's podcast is a little different! I'm sharing a journey I'm actively walking around learning to say no and set healthy boundaries. I've had a lifelong struggle with people pleasing that has impacted all areas of my life.Showing up to dinner with a friend when I'm so sick I have to drag my ass through the door because I hate to cancel plans?
