I hated the timed mile back in grade school and high school. Remember those days? It was the ultimate test given in PE to see how fit you were.. how fast you were.. or for most kids, a reminder just how much you hated anything to do with running and therefore fitness. Because running was fitness. We were also given “fit tests” as 9 year olds.. how many pull ups can you do? In this episode, I call out our PE class negative experiences and just how to turn that in to lessons you can put in to practice to become a better, healthier version of you.

One Badass (Working) Mother Catherine Ferguson One Badass (Working) Mother is a podcast that explores the relationship between work and motherhood. I'm Catherine Ferguson and I'm a life and career coach for moms who want to rediscover their passions, redefine what they want out of their work and reinvent their careers and themselves. In this podcast, I talk to REAL moms who have done just that. They've launched businesses, turned passion-projects into full-time gigs, switched industries, all while raising children and having babies. The point is this: work and motherhood looks different for everyone. There is not one "right" way to do it.
