25. Training Combat Sports During Fertility Treatments

On this episode we discuss the very niche (and also intimate) topic of what it is like to maintain a combat sports training practice while underdoing fertility treatments. When we started our journey, we found very little information online so our hope is that this episode will serve as a resource for folks going through a similiar process. Even if you are not personally undergoing such treatments, it is likely that you willl encounter at some point in your training folks who are trying to conceive.
