#2582026/02/11(水)What would you do when you’re feeling down?皆さんは、落ち込んだときや、落ち着きたいとき、何をしますか?どんな場所に行きますか?私は、何か欲しいなと思っていましたが、今まで特にありませんでした。でも、最近少し落ち込むことがあったので、ふとお寺に行ってお経を聞いたら、すごく心が落ち着きました。行くと心が落ち着く場所をいくつか持つのは、ストレスを乗り越えるのに、重要なことなのかもしれません。みなさんは、おちこんだときや、おちつきたいとき なにを しますか?どんな ばしょに いきますか?わたしは、なにか ほしいなと おもっていましたが、いままで とくに ありませんでした。でも、さいきん すこし おちこむことが あったので ふと おてらに いって おきょうを きいたら、すごく こころが おちつきました。いくと こころが おちつく ばしょを いくつか もつのは、すとれすを のりこえるのに、じゅうようなこと なのかもしれません。What do you do when you're feeling down or need to calm down?
