His premise is simple: our productivity is directly proportional to our ability to relax. This has to be one of the most high-impact books I have ever read. I am obsessed with all things self-help and productivity hacks, etc, but this book still hugely shapes my day. It’s something I come back to every year and is a goal I am constantly pursuing. If you have not read this book, you need to. It will change your life both personally and professionally.
