26| How to Leave Corporate America and Start a Coaching Business Over 40

In a single quarter of 2025, over 300,000 Black women exited the labor force. Black women are now the fastest growing group of entrepreneurs in America. The corporate exodus isn't a trend, sis. It's a movement.
