26. Why you should consider your excuses a luxury with Ailie Steel

from A Moms Passion Project · host Natalee Jean

Ailie is a chronic illness warrior using her experiences to help others live their best lives through mentoring. She is an international adoptee from China, living in Scotland, and is passionate about representation and inclusive diversity. She has a community called Invisibility Uncovered where she helps people feel seen, represented and genuinely celebrate difference. Ailie is also a foodie, a traveler, an avid reader and believes that dancing with life makes everything sweeter. Since then, it’s been a long and complicated medical journey resulting in several diagnoses. Being completely honest there is not a single part of my life that my health doesn’t impact in some way. Not that I let it stop me doing what I fully set my mind to, I’ve become very good at coming up work workarounds! It does, however, mean that I am truly conscious of the impact health has on our lives in general and think your message is so important. And you can NOT miss the last piece of advise she gives...  IG: @ailiesteel
