Send a textVandaag een bijzondere aflevering van de podcast, namelijk over een klant van ons - Omgevingsdienst Drenthe (OD-Drenthe, voorheen: de Regionale Uitvoeringsdienst Drenthe - RUD-Drenthe). De OD-Drenthe is een overheidsinstelling en werkt aan een schoon en veilig Drenthe. Samen met Marjan Heidekamp, Albert Jans en Sanne Kocks bespreek ik hun ervaringen met zelforganisatie, waarom ze hiervoor hebben gekozen en wat hun ideeën hierover zijn. Uiteraard staan we stil bij de praktijk: hoe doen zij dit, voeren zij hun werk zelforganiserend uit en waar lopen zij tegenaan? Marjan, Albert en Sanne hebben alledrie een eigen rol en verantwoordelijkheid in dit proces. Marjan is directeur, Albert is teammanager en projectleider zelforganisatie en Sanne is geluidsadviseur en 'gids'. Vanuit hun rol en verantwoordelijkheden vertellen ze over diverse (leer-)ervaringen en vraagstukken die je in de praktijk kan tegenkomen.Dit is deel 1 van ons gesprek.
