Today’s conversation is with AOB alum, Angelene Parker. After being in the mortgage business for over 20 years, Angelene stepped into her true calling of becoming a healer. Using yoga, meditation, Breathwork, and energy movement, Angelene works with her clients to heal and help regulate the nervous system, allow clients to settle in and embody themselves, and experience all the magic healing work that happens.The truth is, breathwork and meditation is not a one size fits all healing modality. Everyone can utilize different practices and techniques depending on what season of life they’re in or what emotion you’re moving through at the moment. But one thing is for sure.
