Åndedrætstræning handler om at være nærværende i processen mod målet, siger performance-coach og åndedrætsekspert Aske Rask. Aske har udviklet en metode til at omprogrammere nervesystemet ved at stresse kroppen og at lære den at være i ro under presset. Det er en informativ episode, der bliver lettere afbrudt af mit eget pres, fordi jeg lige inden interviewet fik mine to børn afleveret hos mig. Det er også en sjov episode, fordi jeg er vant til at prise den ubetingede kærlighed; der hvor vi finder ind til kernen af os selv; der hvor vi er værdige ved vore blotte eksistens, mens Aske Rask taler om at livet handler om at præstere. Man sætter dog selv sine mål, og man lærer at respektere sine egne grænser, når man får kontrol over hele nervesystemet. Han lærer altså mennesker at lede deres liv gennem åndedrættet. Aske Rask er fantastisk til at formidle sit budskab, meget rummelig når jeg bliver afbrudt og hører halvt efter, og han har stor succes med sin kur mod stress.
