Today's episode features Jordana Rutigliano    Jordana is a licensed social worker with a specialization in leadership, management and entrepreneurship and received her Master's degree at Columbia University. Initially drawn to the social work profession for its commitment to social justice, equity and anti-oppression frameworks and then drawn to healthcare from a lifelong mission to help others, Jordana has spent the last 15+ years leading from within a variety of settings - social service nonprofits,  federally qualified health centers, managed care, local health departments, and venture-backed health and behavioral health startups.  Through her career, Jordana has honed her ClinOps chops in a number of areas including integrated primary and behavioral care models, clinical quality, health care compliance, revenue cycle, scaling clinical operations, effective clinical workforce management, cross-system partnership and value-based models.
