Mix in a container that has a lid, leave at room temp for 1 hour covered. 2. Place container in fridge for 16-24hrs. (Following Day) 200g Water 450g Strong White Flour 15g Salt 1 tbsp olive oil 1. Dissolve the sticky Poolish in the 200ml of water and mix thoroughly in a large bowl. 2. Slowly add flour, salt and olive oil until fully mixed together. 3. Allow to rest in the bowl for 15 mins 4. Turn out onto table, and knead for 5-10 minutes until smooth. 5. Use upturned bowl to cover the dough, leave for 1 hour 6. Make 4-6 large dough balls 7. Place in proving tray at room temp for 1 hour or stick in the fridge for up to 5 days. 8. Fire up oven and create lovely pizza! Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
