#272 How to Celebrate and Support Your Body by Changing Your Mindset

As I aired this episode, I was wrapping up my radiation treatment and it got me thinking about the significance of acknowledging our milestones and triumphs, big or small.  But here's a thought: Why do we often link celebrations with foods or drinks that might not be in line with our health aspirations? I'll open up about my personal experiences and the internal debates I've had around the best way to celebrate.  My revelation? The real celebration is in continuing the practices that got us to where we are.
