#272 - Slay The Voices with Special Guest, Jung Youth (Part 2 of 2)

from The Sales Warrior Podcast · host Brian Q Davis

(Interview Part 2 of 2) What happens with the demons of unworthiness and fear are slain?  Creation. On Oct 30, 2018 I found myself fearful and scared of publishing this podcast.  I was hearing all the voices of fear and unworthiness challenging me to not publish.  Then, during an intense workout, a song called "Can't Take It From Me" by Jung Youth came up in my playlist. "You told me I wasn't worthy, that it wasn't the right time. You already know I'm coming to get mine." I heard these words and I heard a man who had been in exactly the same place I was in.  Called to create.  Called to speak.  He was full of fear, but doing it anyway.   That moment was a catalyst for me. The next day on Oct 31,2018, I published the first episode of The Sales Warrior Podcast.  Now 271 episodes later, I am honored to welcome a very special guest, Jung Youth (a.k.a. Justin Donahue) who was directly responsible for the fire that gave me the courage to push the "PUBLISH" button on this podcast.   Justin who has brought his truth to the world through music that will set you on fire.  Justin began showcasing his versatility in the film & tv arena after recovering from quite literally breaking a leg during a live show and writing the triumphant 'Only One King' with Tommee Profitt, which was licensed by the NFL for promotional purposes throughout the 2017 season. His song "Never Stop" was used on the international trailer for the Denzel Washington film Equalizer 2. In part one of our interview we discuss Justin's roots, the power of aligning with purpose and how slaying the voices in our head is required to share the light we are given! Get ready for power!
