#2752026/03/06（金）World map that places Japan at the center世界で一番印刷されている地図は、ヨーロッパやアフリカ大陸が、真ん中にあるものだそうです。でも日本では、日本が真ん中にある世界地図を使います。子供のとき、教科書で「日本は極東の国と言われている」と見たとき、「なんで東なんだろう、真ん中じゃないの？」と思ったのを、今でも覚えています。皆さんの国では、世界地図はどんなものを使いますか？せかいで いちばん いんさつされている ちずは、ヨーロッパや アフリカたいりくがまんなかに ある ものだそうです。でも にほんでは、にほんが まんなかに ある せかいちずを つかいます。こどもの とき、きょうかしょで「にほんは きょくとうの くにと いわれている」と みた とき、「なんで ひがしなんだろう、まんなかじゃないの？」と おもったのをいまでも おぼえています。みなさんの くにでは、せかいちずは どんな ものを つかいますか？I heard that the most widely printed maps in the world place Europe and Africa at the center.However, in Japan, we use world maps that place Japan at the center.When I was a child, I saw in a textbook that “Japan is called a Far Eastern country,”and I remember thinking, “Why is it the East?
