277. Shifting your brand position

Today on the podcast I'm talking about shifting your brand position.  When you're looking to shift your brand position there are few key things that you have to do, but I want to talk about what brand position is, the elements of brand positioning and then we'll talk about how to shift yours.  I talk about this in a number of my masterclasses and I give the example of a grey leather pull-string bag.  I show 2.  Both are grey, both are leather, both have metal hardware, and both look similar, but one bag is $199 from Country road and the other $3999 from Chanel.  The only real difference apart from some design elements.  Google says: A Brand positioning refers to the unique value that a brand presents to its customer.
