Nobody tells you that transformation can happen in the blink of an eye. One year, I was walking away from network marketing into uncertainty; the next, I was speaking on stages and hosting my first retreat. Now, I've just completed my fifth Self(ish) Retreat—my first as a new mom—at the stunning Oceanstone Resort in Nova Scotia.The journey to this retreat was filled with doubt.
