If I keep journaling or keep doing the inner work, the fear will go away. 🔑HERE’S THE KEY!!🔑 🔒Whether you’re ready to start setting boundaries because you’re a yes girl and you’re over it 🔒Whether you want to just start showing up as YOU instead of keeping your mouth closed & filtering everything you say 🔒Whether you have a big audacious dream and want to actually start believing it’s even possible… 🔑I challenge you to stop striving for no fear. 🔑 TRY THIS INSTEAD: Instead of trying to feel less fear, set an intention to create a healthy, loving relationship with fear!
