28. Handling the Roadmap of Emotions

Send us Fan MailWhen everything is whirling around and life seems messy, it can be useful to view our emotions as part of a process of a journey, rather the final destination.  We discuss our brand new SAFER model for helping ourselves and others feel more confident and equipped to get up and out again as lockdown restrictions ease. For many the roadmap of emotions during 2021 so far has been: Suppression, Anticipation, Fear, Empowerment, Release . It is comforting when we see that our fears are in the middle of the process - not the end. Rather than hoping a return to a workplace will be ok, empower yourself with a PLAN: work out the People, Logistics, Actions and Needs that will enable you to feel back in the driving seat.
