These last few weeks I've already started to take notes & start to create my goals & vision for 2024. This time of year, even with the holidays upon us, always has me reflecting on what I've already accomplished this year, how far I've come, how I've grown, what went really well, what didn't, and what I want to DO DIFFERENT in 2024 to create new different results. It is one of the BEST GIFTS I give to myself & do with my coach. It allows you to stop making blanket statements, feel less than for where you are, and instead actually see how you have made progress or if you didn't WHY, so you CAN do things different! Awareness, acknowledgement, celebration and intentional planning are KEYS to being able to create new results, I had a lot of growth in 2023, AND I can feel a MAJOR shift and a lot of MAGIC in store for 2024🔮 Plus, it's the holiday season when there feels like so much MAGIC around us with Santa, Elf on the shelf, and just the joy of believing in the air.
