Tώρα τι να πούμε... Ας ξεκινήσουμε με τα βασικά. Ο Νοέμβριος είναι μήνας ευαισθητοποίησης υγείας των ανδρών, και συγκεκριμένα για την ευαισθητοποίηση ψυχικής υγείας, πρόληψη αυτοκτονιών, καρκίνου του προστάτη και όρχεων. Αλλά δυστυχώς, λίγοι το ξέρουν. Με αφορμή αυτό τον μήνα, καλύπτουμε το κομμάτι της ψυχικής υγείας. Προσωπικά για μένα (Κωνσταντίνος) είναι ευαίσθητο ζήτημα, για πολλούς και διάφορους λόγους. Σε αυτό το επεισόδιο, και εγώ και ο Ηρακλής ανοιγόμαστε ιδιαίτερα. Σε σημείο που κατεβάζουμε ασπίδες και γινόμαστε ευάλωτοι οι ίδιοι για το τι μας ζόριζε ή μας ζορίζει ακόμη. Το τελευταίο είναι φράση κλειδί. Ειλικρινά, θα έλεγε κανείς ότι αν θέλει κάποιος να μάθει τι συμβαίνει μέσα στο κεφάλι μας, το να ακούσει αυτό το επεισόδιο είναι το μόνο που χρειάζεται.
