So you have some misfortune and you lose your job or fail and exam or even end up homeless - is that the end? When you hit rock bottom is there anywhere else to go? For many, including myself, rock bottom has been a spring board back up again so the only place to go is back up. That's not easy and could take time, however it also has to start with a very important decision which only you can make - you have to want to!
