#284 Gevoelens overnemen van de ander

Zodra mijn collega begint te mopperen over die ‘overheersende’ collega word ik er helemaal in meegesleurd, zei een klant tegen mij. Ze nam snel deze negatieve gevoelens over. Dit kostte haar een hoop energie!Waarom? Ze voelde zelf ook iets bij dominante, overheersende personen. Het riep onzeker op & ze voelde zich dan kleiner / minder waardoor ze dichtklapt en niet meer zichzelf kunt laten zien. Dat had te maken met stukken uit haar jeugd. De reden dat we makkelijk energie-een overnemen van anderen is omdat we hier zelf ook nog wat in te doen hebben.Wil je hier los van komen?
