29| Catalysts For Change

from Dropped In with Meghan Weir · host Meghan Weir, Business, Nervous System & Subconscious Strategist

Welcome back to Dropped In! Super stoked to be back and to share a microdose hit of magic and medicine with you today. In today's episode, I share my recent journey and the intentional actions I have been taking toward being a catalyst for change in releasing the old to make space for this next level of expansion I'm being called up to. Releasing, surrendering and letting go is often considered complex and challenging. We tend to hold onto things, people, and situations that no longer serve us simply out of fear or comfort. But what if I told you that you can create space for new and expansive experiences to enter your life by letting go? Letting go is not about giving up or losing control. It's about releasing what no longer aligns with our values, goals, beliefs or personal growth.   By doing so, we create room for new, expansive opportunities, relationships, and perspectives to come into our lives.   Being a catalyst for change means being the spark that ignites transformation. It's about taking action, inspiring others, and creating a ripple effect of change.   Being a catalyst for change means recognizing that we all have the power to make a difference, no matter how big or small. It's about taking responsibility for our actions and actively working towards positive transformation in ourselves, our communities, and the world.   In a time of so many challenges and issues, being a catalyst is crucial for creating a better future.   I encourage you to remember that change starts from within.   Take the time to reflect on your own beliefs, values, and behaviours. We become more effective catalysts for change by continuously growing and evolving ourselves. And always remember even the smallest actions can have a significant impact.   In This Episode You Will Learn:   The power of taking inspired action. Honouring your beliefs and values. The power of letting go to invite more in.   Links/Resources Desire even more support?
