1.         Your mental health matters are taken seriously, and are met with compassion, spaciousness, and care. You are witnessed and fully held.   And   2.         You are a fully capable sovereign human being playing a game of human life with the ability to move in a different direction. Even if your conscious mind rejects the experience you’re having, your unconscious mind is having an absolute field day with it.   This dichotomy of seriousness and lightness is how I help my clients. It works. . . When I do Parts Work with clients (identifying different “parts” in ourselves that have their own desires, needs, and purposes), a very specific interesting thing happens:   There is an honoring of each part, no matter how wicked or twisted or hateful…   …and in that honoring comes the blooming of that part - the allowance of letting that part dance in the sun…   …And that part magically transforms into the most innocent, beautiful being. & if it's not beautiful & innocent, creating a loving space for it to be itself integrates it. . .
