29. When grief and gratitude collide in the same moments

This episode was recorded on my birthday after a few emotional days both grieving my dad and auntie and feeling so much gratitude for the beautiful souls in my life who sent warm wishes and heart hugs. Grief is weird. It can sit by itself and make us feel like we're in a deep dark hole and it can crash the party when things are going well. In this episode, I pour my heart out vulnerably and describe to the best of my ability what those emotional days felt like and how I navigated them.
