We get a glimpse into Phyllis' mom, and more specifically, the side of her that was often forgotten after having her children. Phyllis shows and shares about a few paintings inspired by her mom's college "yearbook," and then we get a glimpse into Phyllis' life, her study of interconnection, the time she spends at Kunzan Palchen Ling, a Tibetan Monastery in Red Hook, and how she got into bodywork.
