298. Zohran Mamdani identified as African American? What's THAT about?

It has been revealed that #zohranmamdani identified in part African American on his college application. Now people are in a tizzy over it. This is another example of how much we don't know about the concept of race. #mamdani can give us an opportunity to discuss this but #ericadams, #andrewcuomo and others are using this as an opportunity to have what Glenn Singleton calls a #courageousconversation about this.
