#299 - No Compromises

Are you living in a world of commitment or compromise? I compromised my day by looking at my phone first thing upon waking. I was drawn down in to the pit of a reactive state after seeing a video of some terribly violent evil in from Hong Kong.  I realized that my entire day would be compromised, unless I chose to honor my commitments.
