#299 Strict bicycle rules

#2992026/04/09（木）Strict bicycle rules4月1日から、自転車に関する法律が厳しくなりました。スマホを見たり、音楽を聞きながら運転すると、罰金を払わないといけません。自転車用の道ではなく、歩道を運転しても罰金になるらしいのですが、東京には写真のような道が多いので、法律ではなく道路の方も変えたほうがいいのではないかと思います。しがつ ついたちから、じてんしゃに かんする ほうりつが きびしく なりました。すまほを みたり、おんがくを ききながら うんてんすると、ばっきんを はらわないと いけません。じてんしゃようの みちではなく、ほどうを うんてんしても ばっきんに なるらしいのですが、とうきょうには しゃしんのような みちが おおいので、ほうりつではなく どうろの ほうも かえたほうが いいのではないかと おもいます。From April 1, the laws related to bicycles became stricter.If you ride while looking at your smartphone or listening to music,you may have to pay a fine.I also heard that riding on the sidewalk instead of on a bicycle lane can result in a fine,but in Tokyo there are many roads like the one in this picture,so I think it might be better to change not only the law but also the roads themselves.【Today’s words】Xに関する（Xに かんする）/ related to X法律（ほうりつ）/ law厳しい（きびしい）/ strict 罰金（ばっきん）/ fine歩道（ほどう）/ sidewalk★This post is also available on the broadcast channel (Japanese daily tips) of my Instagram. 【https://www.instagram.com/channel/AbbOi9lyhNtGwo6A/?igsh=enhqNGRyajhobnZ5】
