299. Texas flood: Joe Scarborough & others are wrong. It's NOT too early to investigate!

It is wrong for #joescarborough to say it's too early to ask questions about the tragic flooding in Texas. From what I've seen over the weekend, no one is taking any accountability from the local and state to the federal level. This is not a "The buck stops with me" administration. Everyone is already pointing fingers and we have seen this time and again with this administration from the plane crash to this.
