$3.18M Head Start grant bolsters ROE #33’s early childhood mission

Effective Aug. 1, 2025, the grant adds children to ROE’s 800+ preschoolers, serving Henderson, Knox, and Warren counties. Operating from sites in Galesburg, Knoxville, Abingdon, and Monmouth, the program offers play-based learning, meals, and outdoor time, aiming for a “one-stop shop” integrating prenatal-to-age-5 services.
