When it comes to washing your face at night, there is a right and a wrong way to do it. I'm all about simplicity and treating your skin in the most gentle way possible. Because of this,  I always say that MOST women do NOT have to wash their face in the morning. So that makes your nighttime facial cleanse even MORE important, and you have to do it properly if you want your skin to glow. As always, gentleness and preservation of your delicate skin barrier is key.
