1. oktobrī notiks 14. Saeimas vēlēšanas. Šajā ģeopolitiski saspringtajā laikā ir īpaši svarīgi, lai vēlētāji izdarītu gudru un informētu izvēli. Kultūra ir viens no demokrātiskas Latvijas stūrakmeņiem, tāpēc īstenojam sēriju "Balso par kultūru!". Tajā ar rakstu, podkāstu un diskusiju sēriju palīdzību analizēsim to, cik veiksmīga bijusi Latvijas nesenā kultūrpolitika, un meklēsim veidus, kā to uzlabot. Trešajā no podkāstiem viesojas Valts Ernštreits, kura raksts par kultūras finansējumu jau publicēts "Satori". Šajā sarunā - par to, kāpēc kultūra atšķiras no citām nozarēm, par Valsts kultūrkapitāla finansēšanas modeli un to, kā tas varētu būt asiņaināks, konkurenci kultūrā un to, kāpēc mums nevajag normālu mākslu.
