3 injured in West Point stabbing / Deadline approaching for ice storm aid applications

Three people are injured following a stabbing in West Point Police responded to Lee Street in response to the incident, and found the victims at the scene. The unidentified victims received medical care and Derrick Summerrall was arrested on three counts of aggravates assault. The deadline is approaching for Mississippi residents affected by the January ice storm to apply for federal aid. FEMA announced on Tuesday that those affected by Winter Storm Fern have until Wednesday to submit an application for assistance.
