3 | Just Start: First Steps Toward Change

from ORIGIN - Remember Your Truth · host Anne Hochwald

✨ In this episode, I explore the theme of initiating change in our lives and how transformation is not just a New Year’s resolution, but a daily practice.🌀 I talk about manifesting through thoughts, beliefs, and actions, and why waiting for the “right moment” often keeps us stuck. Confidence usually follows action, not the other way around.🎧 I share why taking small, manageable steps matters — even the tiniest actions can lead to significant transformation over time. I also reflect on fears and doubts, including the fear of judgment, and how these are completely normal. The best way to overcome them is to take that first step, however small it may be.🌱 I share my own experience starting this podcast as an example of how action builds confidence and creates new neural pathways in the brain. This episode is a motivational call to embrace your inner truth and take the leap toward your aspirations.ℹ️ Note: When this episode was recorded, the podcast still had a different name. You’ll hear me refer to Origin Beyond Identity in the audio — the podcast is now called Origin – Remember Your Truth.Chapters00:00 Introduction to Change and Manifestation01:05 The Reality of New Year's Resolutions03:30 The Importance of Action in Manifestation10:14 Overcoming Fear and Judgment19:10 Building New Habits Through Small Steps25:06 The Journey of Self-Discovery and Transformation💬 If you want to share thoughts, questions, or wishes for future episodes — or if you feel called to connect or work with me — you can reach me here:Instagram: @annehochwaldWebsite: annehochwald.com✨ I also share more personal insights and occasional special offers in my Telegram group for women, created as a safe space — only when there’s something meaningful to share:Telegram: HOME FREQUENCY
