ORIGIN - Remember Your Truth

ORIGIN – Remember Your Truth is a podcast for those who feel there is more to who they are than the roles, stories, and identities they’ve learned to wear. Each week, we explore energy, intuition, clairvoyance, emotional reconnection, and experiences that don’t fit into conventional language — not as concepts, but as lived reality. I’m Anne. My path started in aviation and education. I have always felt everything around me, yet disconnected from myself — until my body demanded I listen, and my life changed completely. Today, I work as an energy healer and mentor, using my psychic abilities to guide you back into your own truth — and into the life you were always meant to live.

24 | Emotional Intelligence: Your Feelings as Data

Emotions are often treated like something to manage, control, or override — but what if they are actually information? In this episode, I explore emotions as intelligent signals rather than obstacles to overcome. Not from a detached, theoretical perspective, but from a grounded understanding of what it means to actually live with emotional depth. We look at how cultural and even spiritual narratives can distort our relationship with feelings — teaching us to bypass, suppress, or “transcend” them instead of truly listening to what they point toward. The focus is on emotional maturity: learning to stay with what you feel long enough to understand it. Jealousy, anger, guilt, anxiety — each of them carries meaning when we stop reacting and start listening. This episode is also about shadow work and self-trust. About not splitting yourself into “good” and “bad” emotions, but integrating what is there so you can respond from clarity instead of avoidance.Emotions are not the enemy. They are a language. And learning to understand that language changes how you relate to yourself completely.Chapters00:00 Introduction to Emotions as Information00:47 Understanding Emotional Maturity02:14 Cultural Perspectives on Emotions05:07 The Importance of Shadow Work07:04 Exploring Jealousy and Its Messages08:14 The Role of Anger in Setting Boundaries10:00 Anxiety and Overthinking: Seeking Certainty14:58 Emptiness as a Transition15:56 Guilt: A Signal of Misalignment17:23 Learning to Discern Emotions21:09 Embracing the Human Experience of EmotionsConnect with meIf you want to share thoughts, questions, or wishes for future episodes — or if you feel called to connect or work with me — you can reach me here:Instagram: @annehochwaldWebsite: annehochwald.comI also share more personal insights and occasional special offers in my Telegram group, created as a safe space — only when there’s something meaningful to share:Telegram: HOME FREQUENCY

23 | Stop Abandoning Yourself to Keep the Peace

Life doesn’t always fall apart loudly.Sometimes self-abandonment happens quietly — in the small moments where you ignore your needs, say yes when you mean no, or keep betraying your own truth just to keep the peace. In this episode, I talk about the subtle ways we disconnect from ourselves through people pleasing, overgiving, guilt, and constantly putting others before our own inner voice. The focus is on rebuilding self-trust in everyday moments: honoring your boundaries, listening to your body, and allowing yourself to have needs without shame. It’s also about authenticity. About finding your own voice again instead of shaping yourself around everyone else’s expectations.Because peace doesn’t come from being liked by everyone — it comes from finally being honest with yourself. This episode is a reminder that you don’t need to abandon yourself to be loved, safe, or worthy.Chapters00:00 Introduction to Self-Abandonment and People Pleasing02:08 The Impact of People Pleasing on Self-Identity04:21 Understanding Self-Trust and Inner Children06:57 Rebuilding Self-Trust and Setting Boundaries08:59 The Journey to Authenticity and Peace11:35 Practical Steps to Honor Your Needs13:40 Finding Your Voice and Opinion16:27 Cultivating Inner Peace and Self-AcceptanceConnect with meIf you want to share thoughts, questions, or wishes for future episodes — or if you feel called to connect or work with me — you can reach me here:Instagram: @annehochwaldWebsite: annehochwald.comI also share more personal insights and occasional special offers in my Telegram group, created as a safe space — only when there’s something meaningful to share:• Telegram: HOME FREQUENCY

22 | Let Yourself Be a Weird Human Sometimes

Comparison is one of the fastest ways to leave your own life.In this episode, I explore how easily we get pulled out of ourselves through social media, external standards, and constant self-evaluation — and how this disconnects us from what is actually real.At the core, this is about being human. Not optimized, not perfect, not constantly “healed” — just real, in process, and inherently different from everyone else.I talk about why comparison feels so automatic, why it’s not a sign that something is wrong with you, and how healing isn’t a linear upgrade path but a messy, alive experience. The invitation here is simple: come back to your own life. Not as an idea, but as something you actually inhabit.Chapters00:00 Introduction to Inner Truth00:35 The Dangers of Comparison05:23 The Impact of Social Media08:05 Embracing Human Imperfection11:02 The Noise of Comparison13:37 The Importance of Simply BeingConnect with meIf you want to share thoughts, questions, or wishes for future episodes — or if you feel called to connect or work with me — you can reach me here:Instagram: @annehochwaldWebsite: annehochwald.comI also share more personal insights and occasional special offers in my Telegram group, created as a safe space — only when there’s something meaningful to share:Telegram: HOME FREQUENCY

No destination. No outcome. This is a guided walking meditation — a space to move, feel, and come back into your body while you walk. You don’t need to do anything “right.” Just follow along and let the experience unfold.Step by step. Breath by breath.Nothing to reach. 20 | When the Shit Hits the Fan ... You Get a Shitstorm

Life doesn’t break down in neat, manageable pieces — it tends to hit all at once.In this episode, I talk about what happens when overwhelm takes over and everything feels like too much at the same time. Not from a theoretical place, but from the lived experience of being in it.The focus is on how to stay with yourself when things get messy: slowing down instead of spiraling, not adding meaning to the chaos, and remembering that overwhelm is a state — not your identity. It’s also about relieving pressure. You don’t need to fix everything at once. You need to find your next right step and come back to your own ground again and again. This episode is a reminder that even in chaos, you’re still connected to yourself — even if it feels buried.Chapters00:00 Introduction to Chaos and Life's Messiness02:25 The Overwhelm of Life's Challenges05:54 Understanding Human Emotions and Overwhelm07:49 Navigating Life's Chaos with Humor and Perspective12:50 Finding Clarity Amidst the Storm15:06 Embracing the Messy Seasons of Life19:45 Seeking Support and Connection During Chaos22:13 Conclusion: Embracing the Journey Through ChaosConnect with meIf you want to share thoughts, questions, or wishes for future episodes — or if you feel called to connect or work with me — you can reach me here:Instagram: @annehochwaldWebsite: annehochwald.comI also share more personal insights and occasional special offers in my Telegram group, created as a safe space — only when there’s something meaningful to share:Telegram: HOME FREQUENCY

19 | Make the Decision Right — And How to Actually Decide

Making decisions can feel way harder than they need to be.Not because the decision itself is unclear — but because of the pressure to choose “right” and avoid regret. In this episode, I touch on why there’s no such thing as a perfect decision — and why trying to predict the “best” outcome often keeps you stuck. But the main focus is practical:I walk you through different ways to actually make decisions — from structured approaches to intuitive ones.We explore tools like Human Design, working with your body and nervous system, kinesiology, future-self perspectives, and simple mental shifts like removing money from the equation — so you can find what genuinely works for you. This isn’t about overthinking your next step. It’s about having options, trying what resonates, and building real self-trust through action.Chapters00:00 Introduction01:20 Why decisions feel so hard03:51 The myth of “right” and “wrong” decisions05:24 How to actually create clarity08:28 Decision-making tools & approaches10:13 Your body and nervous system as a guide11:06 Using physical signals for clarity14:03 Future self perspective17:52 Best & worst case thinking20:53 Quick decision tools (like coin flip)24:28 Trusting your intuition27:53 ClosingConnect with meIf you want to share thoughts, questions, or wishes for future episodes — or if you feel called to connect or work with me — you can reach me here:Instagram: @annehochwaldWebsite: annehochwald.comI also share more personal insights and occasional special offers in my Telegram group, created as a safe space — only when there’s something meaningful to share:Telegram: HOME FREQUENCY

17 | Ecofluency: Nature Communication with Dr. Saskia von Diest

What if Nature isn’t separate from us, but something we can be in dialogue with?In this episode, I speak with Dr. Saskia von Diest — founder of Ecofluency, PhD holder, consultant and Nature communication educator — about relearning an ancient human capacity: communicating with the more-than-human world. We explore Nature communication as a practice of deep listening rooted in intuition, presence and sensory awareness — and why communicating with plants, animals and landscapes may be far more natural than we’ve been taught. We also talk about ecological healing, land intelligence, belonging, humility, embodiment and expanded ways of perceiving reality. Saskia shares how this work can support both personal transformation and our relationship with living systems.Again and again, this conversation returns to one remembering: we are not separate from Nature. This episode is less about adopting a belief — and more about what becomes possible when we begin listening differently.Chapters00:00 – Introduction to Nature communication01:04 – Saskia’s journey into this work07:20 – Founding Ecofluency09:37 – What Nature communication actually is14:15 – Reconnecting with belonging16:42 – Practicing communication with Nature20:26 – How plants communicate23:25 – Imagination vs. intuition26:25 – Understanding ecosystems through listening33:58 – Co-creating with the land38:04 – Ethics of Nature communication45:36 – Animal communication & dimensions of consciousness48:28 – Humor in spiritual practice51:06 – Navigating ontological shifts54:19 – Embodiment, movement & perception58:03 – The body as a listening instrument01:00:29 – Learning opportunities in Nature communication01:03:23 – Messages from Nature for inner peaceConnect with Saskia von DiestWebsite: ecofluency.org Instagram: @ecofluency Facebook: EcofluencyResourcesOnline Nature Communication Course (May) and Rhythms of Remembrance Retreat Canada (September) - ecofluency.org/teaching-eventsOther Voices - Resources Nature Communication - ecofluency.org/resources/othervoicesConnect with meInstagram: @annehochwaldWebsite: annehochwald.com

What if the parts of you you’ve been avoiding… are actually the doorway to your deepest power? In this episode, I sit down with Joseph Sorensen to explore his journey from atheism to spirituality – and the profound shifts in perception, identity, and inner awareness that came with it.This conversation goes far beyond the idea of “self-improvement.” We dive into shadow work, emotional depth, and the subtle patterns that shape how we experience reality. Joseph shares how learning to feel – instead of analyze or suppress – became a turning point in his growth, and why curiosity is one of the most powerful tools we have when it comes to understanding ourselves. We also explore the nature of perception itself. What does it mean to sense beyond the visible? To recognize patterns, energy, and unseen dynamics? This episode opens up a perspective where reality is not fixed, but fluid – shaped by awareness, attention, and the willingness to question what we think we know.Joseph speaks about shadows not only as the parts we reject, but also introduces the idea of the “golden shadow” – the hidden potential, gifts, and power we haven’t yet allowed ourselves to embody. We talk about identity as something layered, constantly evolving, and why breaking out of rigid labels can be both disorienting and deeply liberating. This episode is an invitation to soften your grip on certainty. To feel more.To question more. And to recognize that transformation doesn’t come from fixing yourself – but from meeting yourself, fully.Chapters00:00 – Introduction to spiritual awakening02:45 – From atheism to spirituality05:46 – Frequencies, energy & perception08:48 – Meditation & inner transformation11:50 – Anxiety, mental health & awareness14:46 – Identity, labels & self-concept17:35 – Sensitivity & perceiving patterns20:44 – ADHD, autism & self-understanding23:33 – The shadow side of awakening26:30 – Patterns in perception & reality32:06 – Tuning out external noise33:44 – Shadow work & integration40:51 – The golden shadow55:05 – Identity as layers01:04:46 – Duality & polarity01:08:04 – Life cycles & growth01:11:01 – The limits of language01:16:21 – Curiosity & self-discovery01:19:27 – Change & uncertainty01:27:40 – Emotions as a gatewayConnect with Joseph E. Your energy needs clarity. Not constant openness. In this episode, I talk about energetic boundaries and protection in a very practical, grounded way — especially if you feel easily affected by other people, spaces, or emotions. We go into what it actually means to protect your energy, without fear or isolation.Because shielding isn’t about shutting yourself off — it’s about deciding what gets access to you and what doesn’t.In the first part, I share how energetic protection really works:why your intention matters more than any techniquehow your awareness already shapes your energetic fieldand how you can consciously create boundaries instead of reacting to everything around youIn the second part, I guide you through a visualization to build your energetic shield. This is a simple but powerful practice you can use anytime you want to:feel more containedcreate distance from external energyor come back into your own spaceProtection is not something outside of you. It’s something you create — and strengthen — from within.Chapters00:00 Introduction to Energetic Shielding 01:37 Understanding Energetic Sensitivity 03:52 Exploring Energetic Boundaries 07:59 Practical Exercises for Shielding 11:44 Guided Meditation for Shielding 21:43 Conclusion and ReflectionConnect with meIf you want to share thoughts, questions, or wishes for future episodes — or if you feel called to connect or work with me — you can reach me here:Instagram: @annehochwaldWebsite: annehochwald.comI also share more personal insights and occasional special offers in my Telegram group, created as a safe space — only when there’s something meaningful to share:• Telegram: HOME FREQUENCY

    14 | You’re Not Lost — You’re Outgrowing Your Old Life

Many people feel lost right now.Not just in small life decisions — but in a deeper way that touches identity, direction, and the question of purpose. In this episode, I explore why this feeling is more common than ever and why being lost is often not a problem, but a sign that something within you is changing. We talk about the pressure to “find your purpose,” how comparison to other people’s paths can create unnecessary stress, and why purpose often reveals itself in a very different way than we expect.I also share reflections on the larger collective transition we are currently moving through — including the astrological shift from Pisces to Aquarius — and how this shift invites more individuality, authenticity, and trust in our own inner guidance. This episode is not about forcing clarity. It’s about allowing space for transformation, trusting life a little more, and learning to listen to the quiet signals that point you toward what is truly yours.Because sometimes feeling lost is not the end of the path.Sometimes it’s the beginning of discovering the one that actually belongs to you.Chapters00:00 Introduction00:50 Understanding the Feeling of Being Lost03:39 The Role of Societal Expectations07:24 Navigating Purpose and Identity08:32 The Pressure of Finding Purpose13:34 Trusting the Process of Life21:27 Personal Journey to Discovering Purpose27:54 The Interconnectedness of Existence36:56 Embracing the Human ExperienceConnect with meIf you want to share thoughts, questions, or wishes for future episodes — or if you feel called to connect or work with me — you can reach me here:Instagram: @annehochwaldWebsite: annehochwald.comI also share more personal insights and occasional special offers in my Telegram group, created as a safe space — only when there’s something meaningful to share:• Telegram: HOME FREQUENCY

13 | Your Sensitivity Is Your Superpower — Sacred Feminine Magic with Maya Spindel

What if your sensitivity isn’t something to fix… but the doorway to your power? In this episode, I sit down with Maya Spindel – yoga teacher, tarot reader, former spiritual life coach, and now author – to explore what it really means to reconnect with the divine feminine beyond the clichés.This conversation goes far beyond the surface idea of “softness” or “flow.” We dive into emotional depth, shadow work, and the kind of radical inner honesty that most people avoid – yet that opens the door to intuition, self-trust, and real transformation. Maya shares how creating safety within ourselves becomes the foundation for healing, allowing emotions to move instead of being suppressed, and why feeling deeply is not a weakness, but a form of strength and intelligence. We also explore the deeper layers of feminine energy as a raw, powerful life force. From Shakti and Kundalini to the balance between feminine and masculine dynamics, this episode reframes what it means to be connected to your energy and your body. It’s not about escaping into spirituality, but about bridging the spiritual and the physical, learning to listen inwardly, and trusting what arises.Maya opens up about her own journey – from guiding others in the spiritual space to returning to her own truth, and now channeling her experiences into a fantasy book that weaves together magic, storytelling, and the essence of the divine feminine. We talk about what it means to turn your inner world into something creative, and how intuition, surrender, and timing play a role in both healing and manifestation. This episode is less about understanding – and more about remembering.Remembering how to feel, how to trust, and how to reconnect with the intelligence that already lives within you.Chapters00:35 – Divine feminine & intuition12:53 – Belief, perception & inner guidance25:53 – Yoga, bodywork & emotional release32:17 – Creating safety for healing36:11 – Shakti, Kundalini & life force energy47:01 – Bridging spiritual and physical reality50:58 – Reclaiming the feminine01:03:40 – Sensitivity, emotions & embodiment01:10:55 – The warrior within the feminine01:18:32 – Feminine vs. masculine dynamics01:24:47 – Surrender, timing & manifestation01:30:40 – Shadow work & inner truth01:35:59 – Writing, storytelling & magic01:40:16 – Tarot & intuitive guidance01:48:03 – Trust as the foundationConnect with Maya SpindelInstagram: @mayaspindelLink to Maya’s book will be posted here once it’s available Connect with meIf you want to share thoughts, questions, or wishes for future episodes — or if you feel called to connect or work with me — you can reach me here:Instagram: @annehochwaldWebsite: annehochwald.comI also share more personal insights and occasional special offers in my Telegram group, created as a safe space — only when there’s something meaningful to share:• Telegram: HOME FREQUENCY

12 | Who Are You Beneath the Roles You Play?

Modern life makes it easy to mistake the roles we play for who we truly are.The strong one.The helper. The one who fixes everything. The one who keeps the peace. In this episode, I explore how many parts of our identity are actually learned roles — shaped by family systems, expectations, and relationship dynamics. We talk about why these roles often develop as strategies for safety and belonging, and how they can quietly shape the way we show up with others.I also introduce the Drama Triangle, a relational model that explains how people often move between the roles of rescuer, victim, and persecutor without even noticing it.This episode is not about rejecting roles completely. It’s about becoming aware of them — and recognizing the difference between the identities we learned to perform and the deeper essence underneath them.Because the moment you start noticing the roles you play, something opens:more freedom, more authenticity, and more choice in how you respond to life and relationships.Chapters00:00 Introduction02:25 Understanding Learned Roles09:24 The Drama Triangle in Relationships14:03 Exploring True Essence Beyond Roles16:00 Reflection on Labels and TitlesConnect with meIf you want to share thoughts, questions, or wishes for future episodes — or if you feel called to connect or work with me — you can reach me here:Instagram: @annehochwaldWebsite: annehochwald.comI also share more personal insights and occasional special offers in my Telegram group, created as a safe space — only when there’s something meaningful to share:• Telegram: HOME FREQUENCY

11 | The Biofield, Phantom Limbs and Collective Consciousness with Dr. Eric Leskowitz

For more than a century, science has largely assumed that consciousness is produced by the brain and confined to the body. But what if consciousness interacts with something larger — an energetic field that connects mind, body, and environment? In this episode, psychiatrist and researcher Dr. Eric Leskowitz explores the science and mystery of what many traditions have long called life energy.Dr. Leskowitz spent more than 25 years working in pain management at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital in Boston and has been affiliated with Harvard Medical School through research in integrative medicine. Over the course of his career, he has published more than 50 scientific papers while investigating how subtle energy and consciousness influence human experience. In our conversation, we explore the concept of the human biofield — a subtle energetic field believed to surround and interpenetrate the body. One of the most intriguing examples comes from phantom limb sensations, where amputees feel pain or movement in limbs that are no longer physically present. In some cases, the perceived limb even appears to extend beyond the body’s physical boundaries. We also discuss experiments on collective intention and group consciousness, including research conducted at the Princeton Engineering Anomalies Research Lab that investigated whether human awareness can influence physical systems. From phantom limbs to sacred sites, crop circles, and global consciousness experiments, this episode explores a fascinating possibility: that consciousness may interact with a larger field of energy and information that connects us all.Chapters00:00 Introduction to life energy and the biofield02:42 Rick’s journey into energy medicine13:13 Energy psychology and EFT17:14 Phantom limb pain and the biofield23:12 Is human consciousness shifting?24:24 Understanding subtle energy fields28:12 Consciousness vs matter31:05 The power of group consciousness35:53 Global consciousness experiments41:13 Individual and collective energy45:03 Sacred sites and earth energies50:56 Crop circles and unexplained phenomena57:49 Human intention and physical spaceLearn more about RickYou can learn more about Dr. Rick Leskowitz, contact him, and find his book The Mystery of Life Energy on his website:https://www.themysteryoflifeenergy.comIn the Resources section there, you’ll also find the full one-hour PBS documentary The Joy of Sox – Weird Science and the Power of Intention.Connect with meIf you want to share thoughts, questions, or wishes for future episodes — or if you feel called to connect or work with me — you can reach me here:Instagram: @annehochwaldWebsite: annehochwald.comI also share more personal insights and occasional special offers in my Telegram group, created as a safe space — only when there’s something meaningful to share:Telegram: HOME FREQUENCY

    10 | You Are Nature

Modern life makes it easy to feel separate — from nature, from seasons, from our own internal rhythms. In this episode, I explore our connection to nature not as a romantic idea, but as something biological, emotional, and deeply regulating for the nervous system.I share reflections on how modern environments can disconnect us from natural cycles — and what begins to shift when we consciously return to them.We speak about the five elements in traditional Chinese medicine and how they mirror organs, emotions, and seasonal movement. About the Schumann resonance and why our brain states are not isolated from the Earth’s electromagnetic field. And about something much simpler: walking barefoot, touching trees, noticing light, and allowing your body to recalibrate. This episode is not about escaping modern life. It’s about remembering that you are not separate from the Earth you stand on.I also share practical and gentle ways to reconnect — especially if you live in a city — and why nervous system regulation is often less about doing more, and more about aligning with what is already natural.Because nature is not something you visit. It’s something you are.Chapters00:00 Introduction to Our Connection with Nature07:36 The Five Elements and Emotional Cycles13:23 Nature and the Nervous System18:42 Brain Waves and Earth Rhythms25:45 Simple Ways to Reconnect in Daily Life30:48 Living in Alignment with Natural CyclesConnect with meIf you want to share thoughts, questions, or wishes for future episodes — or if you feel called to connect or work with me — you can reach me here:Instagram: @annehochwaldWebsite: annehochwald.comI also share more personal insights and occasional special offers in my Telegram group, created as a safe space — only when there’s something meaningful to share:Telegram: HOME FREQUENCY

9 | Intuition & the Senses We Forgot

In this episode, I talk about intuition — what it actually is, how it shows up, and why many of us have learned to ignore it.I share parts of my own journey with intuitive perception, including how visions and inner impressions appear for me, and how this has evolved over time through practice, trust, and experience working with clients. We explore the different ways intuition can express itself — through feeling, sensing, hearing, or simply knowing — and why intuition is often much quieter than the mental noise we are used to following.I also speak about sensitivity: what it can feel like to move through the world as a highly sensitive person, how overwhelming external energy can become, and why learning to regulate and ground yourself is essential when opening to intuitive awareness. This episode isn’t about becoming “spiritual.” It’s about becoming more honest in how you perceive.I share small intuitive exercises and playful ways to reconnect with your inner signals — not as rigid techniques, but as invitations to experiment and build trust with what you already carry within you.Because intuition is rarely something you need to learn.More often, it’s something you allow.Chapters00:00 Introduction to Inner Truth and Intuition05:17 Exploring Identity and Societal Expectations10:34 Understanding Intuition and Its Forms14:14 The Connection Between Intuition and Psychic Abilities18:36 Visions and Cosmic Awareness24:48 Exploring Clairaudience and Intuition30:19 Ethics of Intuitive Practices36:44 Working with Clients and Energy44:48 Collective Energies and BiofieldsConnect with meIf you want to share thoughts, questions, or wishes for future episodes — or if you feel called to connect or work with me — you can reach me here:Instagram: @annehochwaldWebsite: annehochwald.comI also share more personal insights and occasional special offers in my Telegram group, created as a safe space — only when there’s something meaningful to share:Telegram: HOME FREQUENCY

8 | Mindfulness in Research & Practice with Nasim Badaghi

In this episode, I’m joined by Nasim Badaghi — a mindfulness teacher who recently submitted her PhD.We talk about mindfulness beyond the buzzword: where it actually comes from, what it really means, and what it doesn’t mean. She shares insights from her PhD research on mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) and its impact on psychological distress in cancer patients. We speak about rumination, the “automatic pilot,” and what happens in the brain when we begin to practice awareness differently. But this episode isn’t just academic. We explore the personal side of mindfulness — how it changes the way we relate to our thoughts, and why mindfulness can feel almost rebellious in a world that constantly pushes productivity. We also speak about the nuances — that mindfulness is powerful, but not necessarily for everyone. Especially for people with trauma, it requires care, pacing, and sometimes guidance. This conversation is an invitation to slow down. To observe. To become aware of your inner patterns — not to fix them immediately, but simply to see them.Because sometimes awareness alone is enough.Chapters (compressed)00:00 Introduction & Mindfulness Basics — definitions, origins, and practices15:05 MBCT & MBSR Explained — interventions, automatic pilot, and rumination36:30 Mindfulness in Cancer Care — study methodology, key findings, and brain activity58:19 Practical Mindfulness — techniques for daily life and personal transformation01:15:09 Collective Awareness & Trauma — mindfulness in community and cautious approachPublicationsBadaghi et al. 7 | Guided: Inner Clarity to Access Your Vision

This episode is a powerful and deeply guided inner journey designed to lead you into a deep trance, support embodiment, and reconnection with your inner truth. For a significant part of this session, I guide you into an altered, receptive state where the body can soften, awareness can widen, and the mind no longer leads. We work with the full energy system — grounding deeply into the earth, opening and aligning the chakras, and creating a sense of safety and containment so your system can fully relax into the experience. From this state, I invite you to move into a lived visualization of your dream life — not as an abstract idea, but as something you can feel, inhabit, and recognize in your body. Rather than escaping the present, the journey then turns back toward your current life, helping you notice where these qualities already exist and how they can expand from there. This session is not about positive thinking or bypassing reality. It is about nervous-system-level integration: allowing insight, desire, and embodiment to meet, and gently bridging vision with lived experience.Disclaimer: Please listen in a safe, quiet space where you can fully settle into the journey. If at any point you feel overwhelmed, you can pause, open your eyes, and return to your breath and body.Connect with meIf you want to share thoughts, questions, or wishes for future episodes — or if you feel called to connect or work with me — you can reach me here:Instagram: @annehochwaldWebsite: annehochwald.comI also share more personal insights and occasional special offers in my Telegram group, created as a safe space — only when there’s something meaningful to share:• Telegram: HOME FREQUENCY

    6 | Human Design Basics

I introduce Human Design and how it can be used as a practical, body-based system for self-awareness and decision-making.At the beginning, I briefly respond to a question about original frequency that came up.I explain what HD is, what it’s useful for, and how you can work with it even if you’re completely new to it. I walk through the most relevant elements: your energy type, strategy, inner authority, and profile, and how these aspects can support you in understanding your energy, nervous system, and the way you’re designed to move through life. This episode is not about memorizing concepts or becoming an expert. It’s about using HD as a tool — with awareness and discernment — to observe yourself more honestly and make decisions that are more aligned with your energy.Human Design can be a helpful framework for personal growth when you stay connected to your own inner truth and responsibility, rather than outsourcing authority to a system.Quick OverviewEnergy TypesManifestor → initiateGenerator → respondManifesting Generator → respond → actProjector → guide (invitation)Reflector → reflect / sampleAuthorities (Decision-Making)Emotional → waves (wait for clarity)Sacral → gut (yes / no)Splenic → instinct (now)Ego / Heart → will (desire)Self-Projected → identity (hear yourself)Mental / Environment → sounding board (right place)Lunar (Reflector) → cycle (28 days)Profiles(2 numbers = how you learn + how you express)1 – Investigator → research, foundation2 – Hermit → natural, retreat3 – Experimenter → trial & error4 – Networker → relationships5 – Heretic → solutions, projection6 – Role Model → wisdom, perspectiveChapters00:00 Introduction to the Podcast and Its Purpose10:04 Exploring Human Design: An Overview16:08 Understanding Human Design: The Framework19:11 Human Design Types and Their Characteristics25:26 Understanding Manifesting Generators28:02 Exploring Projectors and Their Role31:43 The Unique Nature of Reflectors35:29 Decoding Inner Authority for Decision Making43:02 Profiles in Human Design: Understanding Yourself46:54 Applying Human Design in Everyday LifeGet your Human Design chart (BodyGraph)International Human Design School Chart CalculatorJovian Archive Human Design ChartConnect with meIf you want to share thoughts, questions, or wishes for future episodes — or if you feel called to connect or work with me — you can reach me here:Instagram: @annehochwaldWebsite: annehochwald.comI also share more personal insights and occasional special offers in my Telegram group, created as a safe space — only when there’s something meaningful to share:• Telegram: HOME FREQUENCY

    5 | Guided: Grounding & Clearing

I guide you through a grounding and clearing practice designed to support presence, self-awareness, and connection to Mother Earth. This is a mostly guided session, created to be experienced rather than listened to intellectually.Through conscious breathing, visualization, and gentle attention to the body, I invite you to reconnect with your energy, notice what influences it, and begin to release what no longer feels supportive. The practice works with your energy field and nervous system, allowing emotions and sensations to move at their own pace, without force. This grounding and clearing can be used anytime during the day — when you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply want to return to yourself. You can come back to this practice again and again, letting it support you in feeling lighter, more present, and more rooted in your body and in the moment. There is no right or wrong way to experience this session. Simply allow whatever shows up to be there, and trust that your system knows what it needs.Note: This episode is intentionally focused on the practice itself, with minimal talking before and after, so you can fully settle into the experience. If you want to share thoughts, questions, or wishes for future episodes — or if you feel called to connect or work with me — you can reach me here:Instagram: @annehochwaldWebsite: annehochwald.comI also share more personal insights and occasional special offers in my Telegram group, created as a safe space — only when there’s something meaningful to share:• Telegram: HOME FREQUENCY

4 | It’s Okay to Not Feel Good

In this episode, I talk about the relationship between energy and emotions, and why emotional honesty and self-awareness matter more than trying to stay positive all the time.I speak about common misunderstandings around so-called “negative energy” and why it’s not something that needs to be avoided or fixed. It’s okay to not feel good. It’s okay to feel exhausted, angry, sad, or overwhelmed. These feelings are part of the human experience.I explore what it means to be emotionally honest — with yourself and with others — and why honesty should not be punished. Your emotions are not who you are, but they are signals that deserve attention. You don’t have to be happy every day, and you don’t have to pretend otherwise. This episode is an invitation to live your truth and your energy, to set boundaries where needed, and to trust that you can handle what you feel. Life is messy. There are ups and downs. Feeling your emotions and letting them be is part of self-care, not a failure.Chapters00:00 Introduction to Energy and Emotions03:31 Understanding Energy and Emotional Honesty09:18 The Importance of Feeling Your Emotions16:02 Navigating Personal Energy and Boundaries23:52 Living Your Truth and Emotional AuthenticityIf you want to share thoughts, questions, or wishes for future episodes — or if you feel called to connect or work with me — you can reach me here:Instagram: @annehochwaldWebsite: annehochwald.comI also share more personal insights and occasional special offers in my Telegram group, created as a safe space — only when there’s something meaningful to share:• Telegram: HOME FREQUENCY

3 | Just Start: First Steps Toward Change

✨ In this episode, I explore the theme of initiating change in our lives and how transformation is not just a New Year’s resolution, but a daily practice.🌀 I talk about manifesting through thoughts, beliefs, and actions, and why waiting for the “right moment” often keeps us stuck. Confidence usually follows action, not the other way around.🎧 I share why taking small, manageable steps matters — even the tiniest actions can lead to significant transformation over time. I also reflect on fears and doubts, including the fear of judgment, and how these are completely normal. The best way to overcome them is to take that first step, however small it may be.🌱 I share my own experience starting this podcast as an example of how action builds confidence and creates new neural pathways in the brain. This episode is a motivational call to embrace your inner truth and take the leap toward your aspirations.ℹ️ Note: When this episode was recorded, the podcast still had a different name. 2 | Light and Darkness — Including Channeled Visualization

✨ In this episode, I explore the relationship between light and darkness and how these dualities shape my understanding of self and the universe.🌀 I talk about why it’s important to embrace both aspects — light cannot exist without darkness, and darkness gives context to the light. I share my intuitive process of receiving messages from the spiritual realm, and why trusting my inner guidance and the energy around me matters.🎧 I reflect on personal experiences and insights, encouraging listeners to recognise their own sensitivity and the potential for deeper connection with their inner truth. I also explore societal conditioning, especially for women, that can lead us to suppress our intuitive abilities, and invite reflection on embracing the unique gifts we each carry.🌱 The episode culminates in a guided visualisation, helping to connect with your inner light and recognise its power, even in moments of darkness. It’s a reminder that both light and dark are essential in our journey toward self-discovery and authenticity.ℹ️ Note: When this episode was recorded, the podcast still had a different name. 1 | Everything Is Energy

✨ In this first episode, I talk about energy and how deeply it influences our everyday lives.🌀 Everything around us is energy — our emotions, our thoughts, the food we eat, the sounds we hear, and the way we speak to ourselves. I explore why it matters to become more aware of the energies we are exposed to and how they affect our emotional health and overall well-being.🎧 I speak about sound and vibration and the impact they can have on the body and nervous system, as well as the role of self-talk in shaping our inner reality. Feelings are not something to suppress or override — they are sensations that want to be acknowledged and felt.🌱 This episode is about awareness: noticing what we take in, how it influences us, and how our inner world shapes our experience of life. Understanding energy and becoming more conscious of it can support personal growth, emotional clarity, and a deeper connection to your own inner truth.ℹ️ Note: When this episode was recorded, the podcast still had a different name. ABOUT THIS SHOW
