Mary, the mother of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ was an ordinary Palestinian girl called to a play an extraordinary role in God’s great drama of redemption of the human race. Sadly, plenty of superstition and ignorance surrounds Mary in the church today. In this sermon, we consider the Biblical description of Mary as the Blessed Virgin, the Mother of God and the Handmaiden of the Lord. Scripture: Luke 1:26-38 This sermon was preached by Rev.
