Are you an ambitious person who wants to better yourself?Do you want to improve your performance because it is an integral part of your life - may be in music, business, fighting, or just generally?In today's episode, we are going to talk about PERFORMANCE and how it shows while being on stage, sports, nutrition, preparation, and generally.The guest for today's podcast episode is Genevieve Allen. To this Canadian-German girl, performance has been such an integral part of her life such as in both music and martial arts. She has performed music since she was 6 years old, biked every day 30 km during her trips to school and back home, and to her, practicing martial arts has taught a lot about performance. Gen is a 23 years old student with a background in biochemistry. She shares interesting insights about how she approaches nutrition in her own life. She is currently doing her Master's degree in Environmental Law and Policy as an exchange student at the University of Eastern Finland in Joensuu.During our 2 part podcast episode about Performance, you can hear about how pitching and musical performance have almost the same elements; what they require in order to succeed in improvising them, and how preparation affects the performance. When you reach a certain level in performance you are able to flavor it during your improvisation. You can also hear how grandma can help you boost your performance.Jenni Meesit is a 21-year-old business student from Karelia University of Applied sciences. She loves finding positivity, meaning, inspiration, and growth potential in almost anything when discussing self-improvement such as in enhancing performance. She is interested in topics related to marketing, sales, leadership, communication, pitching, sports, and values.Andrei Potekhin, 24, is a student at Business Academy and a first-time startupper. He is working on the student collaboration app called Yoosh, where he is mainly focusing on design and product development.
