3 Reasons Why the Lack of Unsealing Records per Dec. 18 Order is an Issue (Opinion)

Here we provide pure opinions, comments, and speculation why per the First Amendment and other grounds why the lack of release of dozens of documents ordered to be released by Judge Hippler on December 18, 2025 regarding the third court order rendered 96 days ago on October 16, 2025 have yet to be released in Idaho v. Kohberger is an issue.
