The longer it all boils, the stronger it will taste of ginger. I let mine boil for probably 8-10 minutes and added honey to taste throughout the boiling process.Step 6: Turn off the stove, pour freshly hot tea into a mug (I take one of the slices of lemon and add to the cup of tea I’m drinking for fresh taste and add a little extra honey) and let it cool until you’re able to start sippingStep 7: Pour the extra tea into a pitcher (I remove the ginger but leave the lemon slices) and place in the fridge for storage. This beverage tastes great hot or cold! I kept it in my water bottle at work to sip on through the day for my nausea and heated it up when I wanted to sip on something warm and comfortingJoin The Abundance Formula Community FB Group for More in Depth Interaction and Freebie Tools to Build an Abundant Life!LEAVE US A 5 STAR REVIEW!The Abundance Formula on Apple Podcasts
