A proverb a day keeps the devil away. As much as I wish that were true, it's not. There is no remedy or bible reading that keeps the devil or hard times away, but there is good news. For the challenges of life, there is a book of wisdom and understanding in the Fear of the Lord. This chapter in Proverbs 18 I guarantee will improve your life if you heed its wisdom. More importantly, if you not only read the Proverbs every day there are 31 chapters of Proverbs, so that's a proverb a day in a month.
