30. A Short Excerpt from The Body Peace Summit (Part 1)

Welcome back to Self Love Ignited! In this episode, I wanted to do a quick review of one of the speaker sessions from The Body Peace Summit that took place at the beginning of January. This summit featured 12 expert speakers and we looked at body image and healing the relationships we have with our bodies from a wide variety of angles! There were interviews, workshops, exercises, and more. This is a small snippet of my interview with the wonderful Elijah Selby. Elijah's summit session was titled The Politics of Body Image and was centered on looking at feminism, the patriarchy, and who benefits when you hate on yourself - because it's not you!
