30. Forgiveness with atlas amari At the end of Episode 29, we considered a very simple quote about Forgiveness that I think says it all. Here’s that quote from American poet, civil rights activist and more. Maya Angelou. She says: “It's one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself, to forgive. Forgive everybody.” Today in Forgiveness, we’ll discuss how you benefit from forgiving yourself and others, what forgiveness is and is not, and possible reasons why others may hurt or betray you. Hi!
