After that, Johnny skirmishes his way to the gate of the West Virginia Lumber Company and talks his way into the Free Radical gang's leader's office, makes a light threat, and convinces the leader--named Roper--to leave Duchess and The Wayward alone. Johnny ventures back to The Wayward to share the good news with Duchess and she starts him on another quest.
