30. Raising an LGBTQ Child, with special guest: Jenie Hunter

A common occurrence, but not a common conversation. When our child, or someone that we know and love comes out as LGBTQ, where do we go from there? Jenie and I talk about all of the thoughts and feelings that come up as she shares her journey. This is a must listen to better support the LGBTQ people you know and love. Jenie Hunter is a LCS Certified Life Coach and is currently working on an advanced certification in Faith based coaching with Jody Moore. She specializes in helping LDS parents and families who have an LGBTQ family member. Jenie helps them navigate from fear to understanding. She has six children (1 son and 5 daughters) Her son, Nicholas, came out as gay 8 years ago.
